Welcome to Arnold's Window Cleaning! By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at (509)-400-0646.

Services Provided

Arnold's Window Cleaning provides professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Interior and exterior window cleaning
  • Screen cleaning, repair, and replacement
  • Frame and sill cleaning
  • Hard water stain removal
  • Track and channel cleaning
  • Additional services as quoted and agreed upon

All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Scheduling & Appointments

Booking: All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, except for emergency services which may be available with additional fees.

Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email or text message 48 hours before your scheduled service with the expected arrival window.

Access: Customers must provide access to the property and all windows to be cleaned. For interior services, someone 18 years or older must be present on the property.

Weather Delays: In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds, ice, extreme temperatures), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.

Pricing & Payment

Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs from what was initially described.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

Contract Pricing: Customers with recurring service contracts receive discounted rates. Contract pricing is locked in for the duration of the contract term.

Additional Fees: Additional charges may apply for:

  • Services outside our standard service area
  • Same-day or emergency services
  • Excessively dirty windows requiring extra cleaning time
  • Hard water stain removal or specialty treatments
  • Access difficulties (heights over 30 feet, difficult terrain, etc.)

Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate).

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Customer Cancellations:

  • More than 48 hours notice: No charge
  • 24-48 hours notice: $50 cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: 50% of quoted service price

Contract Customers: Customers with recurring service contracts may reschedule up to 24 hours before service with no fee. Missed appointments without notice will be charged at full price.

Company Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (weather, emergency, etc.), there will be no charge and we will work with you to find a convenient alternative time.

Service Guarantee

Quality Promise: We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Rain Guarantee: If it rains within 24 hours of your exterior window cleaning and causes spotting, we will return to re-clean affected areas at no charge.

Limitations: Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage to windows, screens, or frames
  • Stains or damage that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods
  • Issues not reported within the 48-hour window
  • Dissatisfaction with services not included in the original scope of work

Liability & Insurance

Insurance: Arnold's Window Cleaning is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance for all our employees.

Property Damage: In the unlikely event that our services cause damage to your property, please notify us immediately. We will assess the damage and work with our insurance provider to resolve the issue promptly.

Pre-existing Damage: We will note any pre-existing damage to windows, frames, or screens before beginning work. We are not liable for damage that existed prior to our service.

Limitations: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by defective window seals, frames, or glass
  • Damage to window treatments, furniture, or personal property not directly caused by our negligence
  • Issues arising from property conditions not disclosed to us
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and windows to be cleaned
  • Ensure safe access to all windows (clear pathways, move furniture if needed for interior service)
  • Secure pets during service
  • Disclose any special circumstances (delicate glass, tinted windows, etc.)
  • Notify us of any hazards or safety concerns on the property
  • Provide access to water and electrical outlets if needed
  • Inform us of any security systems or access codes required

Service Contracts

Contract Terms: Recurring service contracts are available on a monthly basis with discounted rates. Contracts automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

Cancellation: Either party may cancel a service contract with 30 days written notice. Early cancellation by the customer may result in the loss of contract discounts for previous services.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust contract pricing with 60 days written notice. Customers may cancel without penalty if they do not agree to the new pricing.

Service Modifications: Changes to the scope of contracted services may require a new quote and contract amendment.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use customer information solely for the purposes of providing our services, including:

  • Contact information (name, phone, email, address)
  • Property details necessary for service delivery
  • Payment information
  • Service history and preferences

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processing). Your information is stored securely and will be retained only as long as necessary for business purposes.

Dispute Resolution

Communication First: We believe most issues can be resolved through open communication. If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us directly at (509)-400-0646.

Mediation: If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For contract customers, significant changes will be communicated via email or text message at least 30 days before taking effect.
